Christmas Gifts For Bella

We have had a few people asking what to get Bella for Christmas. We are attending a professional underwater photo shoot with Waterbabies in January the photos of which will be quite expensive, so we would welcome any contributions. We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible to celebrate Bella's first Christmas. Love Iain, Sarah and Bella xx

Day Out In Glasgow

On Monday Gran looked after me all day so Mummy and Daddy could go out for the day. It was the first time Mummy had left me for the day since I was born.

Gran did a very good job of looking after me.

Castle Sween

On Sunday morning we were relaxing in the caravan and I was a big girl and sat up in the chair by myself.

Gran was amazed at how interested I am with everything.

We went for an adventure around inside Castle Sween.

Jura came too.

Afterwards we were all tired.

Trip to Loch Sween

On Saturday we set off for a drive to Gran and Sandy's caravan at Loch Sween.

Daddy had researched a river for us to recce on the way - The Mollochan Burn flows into the river Luss.

We had a nice tea at Mr Pia's in Inveraray.

Bella meets Great-Gran Hughes

On Friday morning we went down the road to see Gran. Gran was so happy to finally meet her latest great-grandchild. Gran is quite old, so I was very gentle with her and we had a nice cuddle.

3rd Waterbabies Class

It was Mummy's turn to be in the pool with me. 

We continued with doing lots of underwater swims and diving in from the poolside. This week we started playing with little floating toys so that I've got something to focus on while doing my surface swims.

After swimming we went for breakfast at Deco Lounge so that Mummy and Daddy were well fed as we were going to the airport to fly to Glasgow soon after :)

2nd Waterbabies Class

I'm really enjoying my Waterbabies classes. This week we did more underwater swimming and Daddy learned to hold me away from him so that I can build my balance. It also helps me realise that Daddy isn't sorry for drowning me! :)

Climbing and Kayaking

We had a very busy day. In the morning we went climbing. Mummy's friend Bron and Daddy's friend Mike came with us.

Later on Daddy took Bron kayaking for the first time! :)

Bella's First Waterbabies Class

Bella had her first Waterbabies class today. She had a great time and was top of the class,  thanks to our friend Zoe's tips! Thanks to Gran and Sandy for her lessons xx

My Giraffe

Daddy bought me a squeeky Giraffe. It is made of natural rubber and has nice patterns on it. It is nice for me to chew. His name is Theodore T. Giraffe :)

M-Shed

We had a nice trip into town and had a look round M-Shed. We particularly liked this postcard from Westbury-on-Trym. I was born there :)

Bude

We spent a long weekend in Bude. Daddy was surf kayaking and I got to hang out with Auntie Emma lots :)

Billy and Bella

We had a nice day at Cardiff International White Water centre. Daddy was busy drowning himself while I was busy sleeping and ignoring Billy mostly! :)

Juliet & Dave's Wedding

I now have a new uncle. His name is Dave. Also Auntie Juliet now has a new name. At their wedding I was a very good girl for Daddy. He was quite good at bottle feeding and looking after me. I spent my first night in a hotel too! :)
